It will be all White on the Night

The Hamer Hall of Melbourne's Victoria Arts Centre was the venue for the first of four afternoon concerts on the Tour. Also the first opportunity for the Choir to perform in their new white jackets !! They certainly had the desired effect as the concert ended with the audience on their feet as the last notes of "We'll keep a Welcome" echoed around the concert hall.

The afternoon concert allowed the tour party the opportunity of a relaxing evening in Melbourne. Still an early night was the order of the day however with a 6.am morning departure for New Zealand uppermost in everyone's mind.
