Thursday April 5

Our bags are packed, well almost, and we’re ready to go. Tomorrow sees the start of the Choir’s 13 concert tour to Dubai, Australia and New Zealand. We are hoping to keep you in touch with events down under through this online diary, brought to you with the help of Eazyweb and PCWorld.

Exactly how often we will be able to update the diary depends on a number of factors, not the least of which will be the availability of internet access at suitable times.

Tours of this type do not get organised overnight of course, and we are now approaching the culmination of a great deal of hard work (and sleepless nights) by a number of people here and in the countries we are visiting. Pulling it all together for the Choir has been our Overseas Events Manager. Terry Jones. Terry,  has managed a number of successful overseas events in recent years but will be stepping down from the role when the Choir return in May. A well deserved rest you might say and Terry has definitely earned it. Rest is not an option however as Terry continues in his other demanding role of Choir treasurer !
