The Choir joins with friends from Kent as part of Snowdown's 90th anniversary celebration visit to South Wales. Our guest soloist will be Samuel Wyn-Morris
The Snowdown Choir was formed in 1929 by John Yorath, a Welshman, who was the choir-master of St. Peter’s Church Aylesham, and the choir has now been based in the village for 90 years.
Samuel Wyn-Morris is a 22 year old proud Welsh speaking Llanelli Boy. He was former Head Boy at Ysgol Y Strade. In 2017 Sam graduated from the prestigious Guildford School of Acting (GSA) with a First Class Honours Degree in Musical Theatre, since then he has continued to perform and in 2018 made his professional debut at The Old Vic in London.
Sam, is proud of the fact that he was the first member of LARS (Loud Applause Rising Stars), one of Sam’s pinnacles with LARS was in 2018 when he performed at the WWII Liberation Commemorations in the city of s’Hertogenbosch in The Netherlands.
