Probably the pinnacle in any Choir's history would be to perform in arguably the world's finest auditorium Carnegie Hall in New York.
Thanks to the drive of Musical Director Alwyn Humphreys, this dream came true for The Morriston Orpheus Choir in October 2001.
Performing scarcely a month after the tragic events of 9/11, press reported that Choir received no less than five standing ovations!
